Having worked closely with people across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and workplace culture, Rima saw that the moments employees remember most are rarely the biggest ones. They're the thoughtful welcomes, genuine recognition, shared celebrations, and small details that make people feel valued.
That belief became The Work Edit.
