Imagine a fast-growing tech startup hiring across engineering, design, and product. The first day should feel like an arrival — not a stack of forms. We designed an onboarding kit that greets the new hire at their desk (or doorstep) and turns the first hour into a signal of how the team works: with care, taste, and intention.
The palette leans on warm ivory as the ground, with deep navy and dusty blue as anchors. Textures stay tactile — linen, uncoated paper, brushed brass — and the typography is quiet: a soft serif for the personal note, a clean sans for the essentials. Nothing shouts. Everything invites.
A rigid ivory box, closed with a navy grosgrain ribbon and a small wax seal. Inside, cream tissue folds over the contents so unboxing is a slow reveal rather than a shake-out. The box is designed to be kept — for cables, letters, or the next milestone.
